I'mma getting it soon. But we can just use xfire chat when we play. I'll prolly get it tomorrow.
(I heard the voice acting in the game sucks, but it got an "8" on IGN)

I was saying wtf to all the pics. It's quite simple, actually. The first few show Captain Bright Noah giving Amuro Ray a "Brightslap" to make him less of a pansy and more manly. The second is Simon epic punching Rossiu in the face because he was being emo about something and was about to shoot himself. The last is Ocelot... it's obvious. Basically, I posted pictures of people slapping/punching/not understanding in response to:

He can laugh all he wants, Nintendo is losing the respect of the gamer nation. Not all of us, but there are a great many who feel Nintendo is becoming a system for n00bs and people with ADD.

So just because Nintendo is now including a whole new range of clients and actually marketing their stuff well, you pull a fast one and say that they're pandering only to n00bs?
What about Metroid Prime 3? Tell me about Twilight Princess? Explain Super Mario Galaxy? And what about Brawl?
Heck, Nintendo has never been about pandering to the FPS segment - and when they did try, they failed miserably (Perfect Dark and 007 excluded). They had their successful franchises way back when and they're stickin' to it. You can't just say that since they're staying with what they do best that they're somehow "noobified."
Ah, whatever.

Alright, that was a pretty broad claim I just dropped. But the fact that Nintendo is trying to appeal to a larger group means it'll attract more n00bs. This is a given. Whether or not it's a bad thing depends on your opinion. On one hand, it brings more money in; resulting in more good things. On the other hand, due to the increase of n00bs and money, Nintendo could just start mass producing "play 'em and leave 'em" games that the casual gaming crowd will love. Leaving the hardcore gamers to rot. Now, this is pure speculation.
I do remember there being a big issue about Metroid Prime 3 not conforming to something (completely forget what), and pissing Nintendo off. It was almost as if they didn't want the game to be as good as we did. Or as good as Retro wanted it to be. This sounded like bad news to me.
Mario Galaxy, regardless of how much I hate it or Mario, does promise to make good use of the Wii Remote. It's supposed to be "fun" or something. I respect it for that. I just hate Mario, and I like to rip on him and his games. Innocent bystanders get dragged into this fight and end up either crying or feeling slightly worse than they did before reading/hearing my rage.
I don't know. What I'm trying to say is that if Nintendo goes down the route of mass producing (or even seriously producing) games that are basically just mini-games with zero story (or point, for that matter), other systems could follow. The age of "epic" games will end, and we will never again see a Bioshock/God of War/Metal Gear Solid/etc. I doubt it'll happen, but I feel rage toward the Wii/Nintendo for making me even worry about it. I still own the system, and I still plan on getting games when they come out. But right now, Wii is doing nothing to impress me as I touch myself while thinking of all the badass games coming out for PS3/360 in the next few months/years.
