Yeah, I'll admit that I'm a little jealous of the PS3 and 360 only because of Assassin's Creed. That's pretty much the one game I truly desire on a different system.

I've been playing games for a long time. PC, SNES, 64, PS, PS2, Xbox, Gamecube, Gameboy, Gamegear (lol), Wii, and PS3. During that time, I've developed a shitload of interest in various genres of games: RPG, FPS, Action/adventure, Fighting. So now when new games come out in any one of these genres, I always check 'em out. Regardless of system. A few of the ones I've been looking at recently are : - Assassin's Creed (PS3) - Too Human (360) - Lost Odyssey (360) - VOTOMS (PS2) - Devil May Cry 4 (PS3) - Metal Gear Solid 4 (PS3) - Mass Effect (360)
I'm eventually going to buy these when they're released. Maybe not ALL of 'em, but there's a good chance.

I'm very limited on games now, so I unfortunately can't play a lot of these, even if they come out on the computer. I really only have time for one game at a time, and even then I don't play it often. I should be getting Guitar Hero 3 tomorrow, and that'll be my new game. (Btw, I beat Prime 3 on hypermode, so I'm pretty much done with it) Next will be Super Smash Bros Brawl. After that, I'm guessing Starcraft 2. I really hope it comes out before I go to MTU.

The problem with all the new games for PC is that they take a fucking monster of a computer to play them. I got lucky, but anyone with anything lower than mine is pretty much screwed. The only problem with PC games is the ridiculous amount of cash that must be put into the machines in order for them to handle the damn games. It's worth it to see how pretty and smooth shit is, and to see how far the industry has come since the NES days; but daaaaamn it's expensive.

Very true Kal. But I'm going to a tech school where they will have the best of the best equipment. Maybe I'll get lucky and get some good stuff up there.

Well, everywhere is sold out of Guitar Hero 3, so I don't have it yet. It's really depressing...

Should've pre-ordered it. I got a free leather guitar strap.

Really? I pre-order pretty much everything. A lot of times there's something free with it. Plus it's probably a lot easier than going to the store to reserve it and then going back again to get it.

I don't pre-order games, but I do pre-order models and shit. Because if you don't, chances are it'll be gone by the time it actually gets in stock due to everyone else pre-ordering. I've had that happen a few times.

Everytime I've ever pre-ordered something it always arrives about 20 days after the game has been in the store. (I guess that's what I get for using Amazon.com)

Pre-ordering games (in my case) isn't as good as going to the store. I guess it depends on where you live, or something. But when I pre-ordered SWBFII it came 4 days after everyone already owned it. Really defeated the purpose... and it cost more.
