So I am sure most of you have already heard of newest Star Wars game "The Force Unleashed." Here's a link to see media.ps3.ign.com/media/823/823668/vids_1.html some gameplay footage. In the past, Star Wars gamers have been promised again and again that a completely new and immersive game will be released. (See Battlefront 1, Battlefront 2, The Revenge of the Sith: The Game, Super Bombad Racing...) but for one reason or another, these games never hit the hype. (Except maybe for Super Bombad Racing.) And just like Assassin's Creed, Brawl and The Legend of Zelda: Wand of Gamelon, ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=o6JgBJSLuQU&feature=related) I think this game has too much hype and too much ambition. Plus, this game is being released on...count 'em...six consoles: PS2, PS3, XBOX 360, Wii, Nintendo DS and that little-black-thing-that-is-almost-like-a-PS2-except-weaker. Now, I am no game designer, but that sounds like overkill to me. I cannot think of any multi-console game (three or more consoles) that has not been an absolute wreck. Can you? I think this game is going to be another E.T. Get another landfill ready. (...maybe I just don't like Jedi...) Badger

But... Brawl is awesome. THE LOGIC IS GONE!
Seriously though, I know what you mean. Usually over-hyped games turn out to be shit, or not quite as awesome as we'd hoped.
